Request Access to CLACom and Download Updates.

 

 

You must be a Licensed User of a particular product in order to download its associated files. CLACom includes one year of free updates and support. If your support year has expired, you will need to renew your Product Support in order to download updates. You may renew your support by clicking the Purchase link to the left.

You will be asked for your User ID and Password. The User ID and Password must be entered exactly as they were entered when you initially filled out the Access Form (see below).

If you are Denied Access, then it means you either have not requested access, you entered your User ID or Password incorrectly, or you were Removed from the Access List because your Support has Expired.

Please do not call Voice or send E-Mail requesting access to the latest Updates. We use an automated update process and the only way to gain access is by filling out the following Form. If you once had Access but no longer do, then your Support Year has probably Expired and you will need to renew your Support for another year.

If you've forgotten your Password or User ID, then you will need to Fill the Form out again. Your Password is Encrypted and we have no means of telling you what it is. Please Remember your Logon Information!

The Serial Number is printed on Disk #1 or was provided to you in your Confirmation E-Mail. If you've lost your Disks or you did not record your Serial Number, enter  ??? for the Serial # and we will manually process your request. Not providing your Serial Number will Delay processing for up to 2 days and may cause your Access to be denied permanently.
